​​Residential Housing Snow Removal
Season Packages with weekly routes:
 $300 one time charge for Season Packages weekly service of removal of snow over an (1 inch) from sidewalks, driveways, walkways. Additional services included in package prevention/safety.​
Snow removal over (3 inches) an addition charge of a $1.00 per square foot will be applied on each set route day if needed.​
Snow removal from roof tops optional services. If requested the package cost is $450
Hourly Services are available varies in cost dependent on Location, Size of area, and amount of inches needing removed.

We provide weekly or bi-weekly basic service that includes:

• Lawn mowing
• Edging the lawn every other visit
• Blowing off sidewalks, patios, and driveways.
• Bagging and removal of lawn clippings

The cost of this service is based on lawn size and starts at only $30.00 per visit for weekly care and is typically $10.00 more per visit for care on a every other week basis. If you choose once month services $60.00

This is a very basic service with no contracts required. It has been designed as a less expensive option for clients who enjoy to maintain most of landscape themselves,
but find that they may not have the time or energy during a busy work week for the constant mowing task.

We provide weekly or bi-weekly basic service that includes:

• Weed control in the planting beds
• Leaf clean up in the Fall

This is a great package that takes care of most all aspects of your landscape care except for the trimming/pruning of shrubs and hedges which can be bid separately at any time you may desire.
This is a step above the basic lawn care which will keep your lawn healthy and weed free throughout the year. The cost for this add on service will vary based on your specific lawn size and still requires no yearly agreement
Typically The cost of this weekly service is based on lawn size and starts at only $35.00 per visit for weekly care and is typically $10.00 more per visit for care on a every other week basis. If you choose once month services $70.00

We provide weekly or bi-weekly basic service that includes:

This service includes all of the basic services plus:
• 6 applications of lawn fertilizer per year with a
slow release granular fertilizer
• A moss control application in early Spring
• On going weed control as needed within the
lawn areas.

This is a step above the extended basic lawn care. Which will keep your lawn healthy and weed free throughout the year. The cost for this add on service will vary based on your specific lawn size and still requires no yearly agreement. Typically the cost of this weekly service is based on lawn size and starts at only $45.00 per visit for weekly care and is typically $10.00 more per visit for care on a every other week basis. If you choose once
month services $80.00.
Extended full Lawn Care Service

​We provide weekly or bi-weekly basic service that includes:

Extended full service care includes all of the services in the basic full service and adds:

• Pruning of Rhododendrons, Azaleas, and
Camellias after their Spring blooming
• Trimming perennials and any bulbs as they die
back for the season
• Trimming/pruning of all other shrubs, grasses
and hedges in Fall/ Winter months.

This package is for clients who wish to leave the task of the landscape maintenance entirely to us.
